The personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

In the event of failure to provide the data or consent, the Data Controller will not be able to insert the dealers’ data on the Website. The personal data will be stored by the Data Controller until consent is withdrawn.

Communication of personal data

Notwithstanding the communications made in fulfilment of the obligations arising from laws, rules or EU regulations, the personal data will be processed by the Data Controller’s employees and collaborators according to their specific work duties, and may be notified to Authorities or Public Institutions, professionals and companies providing services and consultancy for the management of the Website. However, only the personal data required to fulfil the purpose for which they are collected will be transferred, and such a transfer will be made in full respect of the need to maintain the security and confidentiality of the data.
