Hannes Ahlmann is a young German show jumping rider from Schleswig-Holstein.

Growing up in the equestrian world since early childhood (his father is Dirk Ahlmann), he began competing at a very young age.

His talent for this sport was quickly confirmed.

In 2015, he won the team event at the Continental/Regional Championships in Wiener Neustadt riding Sunsalve.

In 2017, at the Youth Continental/Regional Championships in Samorin, he secured 3rd place in the team competition riding Sulsalve.

In 2019, at the Youth Continental/Regional Championships in Zuidwolde, he achieved the second position in the team event riding Nerrado.

From there, his trajectory has been consistently upward.

In 2022, at the Young Horse World Championship in Lanaken, he achieved 4th place with Tokyo 4.

In 2022, at the Continental/Regional Championship in Olvia, he took the second position riding Baloucan.

In 2023, he finished 2nd in the qualification for Young Jumping Riders (Junger Springreiter).

In 2023, at Aachen, he emerged victorious in the qualification for Germany’s U25 jumping cup riding Nerrado.
