Claudio Castilla Ruiz is one of Spain’s most accomplished dressage riders, known for his remarkable longevity and unwavering dedication.
Since his international debut in 2007, he has proudly represented Spain for nearly two decades at the sport’s highest level, competing in four European Championships, two World Equestrian Games, and two Olympic Games. His standout result came at the 2018 World Equestrian Games in Tryon, where he achieved a historic Top 10 individual finish for Spanish dressage.

A true horseman, Claudio is also renowned for developing young horses and riders. He has competed in four editions of the World Championships for Young Horses, riding horses of different breeds and bringing out the best in each.
